1. Service
Answiva is a Shopify app provided by Ogulcan Eral. It analyzes product pages, generates optimized product content with AI and helps merchants monitor how AI assistants mention their products.
2. No guaranteed results
AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude or Google decide independently what they recommend. We do not guarantee any ranking, recommendation, traffic or sales increase. Scores and visibility checks are indicators, not promises.
3. Your content
You remain responsible for the content published in your store. Please review AI-generated content before publishing; every change is logged and can be restored in the App. Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify on a monthly or yearly basis. Usage limits (for example optimizations per month) are shown in the App. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the App; cancellation takes effect according to Shopify's billing rules. Fees already charged are not refunded unless required by law.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on third-party AI providers may be limited if those providers are unavailable.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
7. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
